Order Processing Time
- Processing Time: All orders typically require 3–5 business days to process. This includes order verification, payment confirmation, and product preparation.
- Shipping Time: Shipping generally takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
- Shipping Delays: We are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, holidays). If there are any delays, please contact the carrier for further information.
Returns & Exchanges
- Ready Ship Wigs: We accept returns on ready ship wigs within 5 days after you receive the wig. To be eligible for a return, the wig must be in acceptable condition: unused, unaltered, and in the original packaging. Please inspect your wig immediately upon delivery and notify us of any issues within the 5-day period.
- Custom Wigs: All custom wig orders are final sale and no returns or exchanges are accepted once the order has been placed. Custom wigs are made to your specifications, and due to the personalized nature of these products, we are unable to accept returns. Please double-check all details before confirming your custom order.
- Hair Bundles: For sanitary and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on hair bundles unless the product is damaged or defective upon arrival. If you receive defective bundles, please reach out to us immediately upon receiving your order for assistance.
Refunds
- Ready Ship Wigs: Refunds will only be processed for ready ship wigs that meet the return conditions. If the wig is returned in acceptable condition within 5 days, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Custom Wigs: Custom wig orders are non-refundable, as they are made specifically to your requests and specifications. Once the order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded.
- Hair Bundles: If the hair bundles are defective upon arrival, a refund may be issued once the issue has been verified. We will assess the situation and offer either a replacement or refund for the damaged product.
Exchanges
- Ready Ship Wigs: Exchanges are accepted for ready ship wigs if the wig is returned in acceptable condition within 5 days of receiving it. The returned item must be unused and unaltered. If you wish to exchange for a different wig, you will need to place a new order for the replacement wig.
- Custom Wigs: Custom wigs are final sale and not eligible for exchange. Please make sure all custom details are correct when placing your order.
